Fresco Musicians is a new YouTube channel featuring our core musicians. Through vlog-based content we offer a peek behind the curtain for the world of chamber music, sharing rehearsal footage, tips for ensemble performers, repertoire discussions, days in the life, and more!
One Team, Creative Minds, Same Passion: Fresco Musicians perform the bespoke festival theme tune
Despite the challenges of the pandemic, we were able to conduct our first online festival in May 2020. It was the perfect opportunity to build a dedicated YouTube channel to upload all kinds of content year-round, alongside the annual festival. Over the past year, our team and the Fresco Musicians have been developing fresh, creative video ideas focusing on the experience of playing chamber music.
Our first set of videos will be an introduction to the Fresco Musicians, beginning with a performance of the bespoke Fresco theme, composed by co-founder Natasha Sofla. Over the following weeks, we will introduce each of our musicians through videos showcasing their interests, specialisms, and unique creative voice.
Videos will be uploaded twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays from 1st April 2021. If you haven’t done so already, please subscribe to our channel to be notified of each new upload.
